Louis Leroy (1860 - 1935)
"Leroy was a perfectionist; a man who always projected himself beyond the reference norms of his time. In 1901 Leroy designed and built the watch most complicated in the world. Its creation took him 14 years! His clock illustrated here is no less incredible to my eyes. This regulator from 1935 was used by the famous Observatory of Neuchâtel."
