Biography

Felix Baumgartner (watchmaker) and Martin Frei (artist), first met in 1995 to discuss developing a watch. Together with Thomas Baumgartner - who rapidly left the company - they founded URWERK in 1997 and presented their first timepiece with the AHCI at Basel that same year.
